So, rather going straightway to buy a house/land/property, explore all the suburbs for 2-3 years living on rent would be a wiser decision. In those initial years, we would learn more about area, house design and many more things which comes with experience, and it would be helpful to make/buy a house later.

Nope. Rent here in Sydney is already too expensive. Plus, being Sydney, as long as you purchase a house, the property value will always go up over time, no matter where in Greater Sydney you purchase. The sooner you can get into a house, even if it means buying land first, the better.

@@itsfqndave true, but you should support it with data. Like what is the average rent there in Sydney and what about the house price there. Secondly, the best time to purchase house was before covid, now the price has already jumped. It will flutuate here 4-5 years before another jump.

1 MIL to maan ke chalo any double2 storey house nowadys. Better suburb more price. You can get small land 2 storey house for probably under a MIL> But any double2storey 1 MIL on 450 to 512sqm LAND.

South East inner is too expensive, new estates are pretty far from city around 60km. Price would be similar to house in west side under 40kms.

Yes bro, that side is new between leaves and sayers and derrimut. This block is all new, new neigh ours. Not much crime it was there initially when houses were getting built. But now it's pretty good. Mostly family oriented.

First time hearing about this one, but there are plenty new ones like these, they don't last in business for too long. I usually stick to known builders. Henley, metrical, Carlisle, simonds, dh, orbit, sherridon etc.

mirvac is not builder ..they are developer and pretty big developer .. aand good as well.. they made good estates in melbourne.

Pretty sure you can, even students can get loan, but interest etc are higher. You need to show a stable job and pay slip etc.

I usually don't recommend buying apartments as lands always hold better value. But if it's to live for long time it's good for convenience and good rental returns, won't appreciate as much as a house on big land I reckon.
