yaar, 4-5 crore mei eastern suburbs mei bhi milta hai, may be possibly thoda chhota. Aur rahi baat Indians ki to, woh to time ke saath eastern mei bhi badhta hi jaayega. If we want to invest for home, we should think of future 10-20 years and not about the conditions of today, if I am not wrong.

Bhai impossible hai, average salary 100k maan lo waise to 80-90k, usmain bhi tax gaya to 65k usmain bhi single bhi hoto 40k kharcha maan lo..25k yaane 12.5 lackh bacha loge saal ka. Single Banda.

hey man, good videos as usual. I am moving to melb from auckland nxt month. I am looking to rent out in tarneit to get a feel for the suburb as the long term plan is to eventually buy a house on the west. Is there such things as a good and bad side of Tarneit? are there streets or areas you would typically avoid staying in? Would you prefer staying in pt cook or tarneit if you had a choice? Keen to see what you think about just selecting an area in west melbourne. Cheers :)

Point Cook is definately better than tarneit, properties /rentals are high in thay area compared to Melbourne

You can get plans and detials of any properties which has plan of subdivision etx which has detials around those, usually your Conveyancer will go through the whole contract and tell you about things which are of concern.
