BEST WATERFALLS in LOMBOK | Benang Kelambu and Benang Stokel
Today we made the one and a half hour drive up north to the FAMOUS Benang Kelambu and Benang Stokel WATERFALLS on Lombok! We weren't exactly sure what to expect as the reviews we read mentioned the entrance fee is technically free but tourists are made to pay.
Although some people say they just walk by the guards, we didn't feel as comfortable so we paid the hefty 120,000 rupiah fee (about $10CAD) to get access to all four waterfalls and a guide. Honestly what started as a slightly frustrating beginning turned into a wonderful experience in some of the most beautiful nature! Hope you like the video!

Looked wonderful and I'm glad you were linked with that special person who made you a crown, Robyn. Doesn't look like there are lots of folks around in that place where you are so you were helping the local economy, which I feel is the responsibility of a tourist. I know there are scam people as well but you weren't part of that. Gorgeous walk (again, not so great for seniors, walkers and wheelchairs) but great to look at vicariously. Thank you. 🙂

There were a ton of people at the first two waterfalls! It looked like locals from around the area also like to come and hang out there for the day which was cool to see! The two hidden waterfalls there was maybe a couple other people at a time so it really felt like we got to enjoy by ourselves 🤗 Our guide was amazing!
Very inspiring to me! I climbed Mount Rinjani twice, but have not spent much time exploring Lombok. Definitely will spend time exploring other attractions next time! Great video! Very informative! Keep it up 👍 😊

Thank you so much! Lombok is such a beautiful island 😁 We climbed Mount Batur on Bali but didn't even look at Mount Rinjani! I bet the hike gave some fantastic views of the island!
