Our First Overnight Bus in Thailand | Khao Sok to Bangkok
Today we venture on our FIRST overnight bus in Thailand! It's no sleeper bus like you'd find in Vietnam but honestly the ride was quite comfortable! There were a couple unexpected stops which added to the journey but overall was a great experience 😁 even managed to sleep a bit!
Many people find it quite difficult to travel from Khao Sok National Park up to Bangkok as the route is long and doesn't often run. We had one option for our travel day today which started at 3pm and was suppose to get us to Bangkok by 4am. Not ideal, but honestly was quite smooth! Even had time for a quick supper in Surat Thani when switching from our shuttle to the actual bus. Khao Sok is definitely worth the journey!

Love the bus stop sign! You guys are so positive, after 14:12 hours! They would have let you on in Mexico! I can't believe how chipper you guys are after such a long travel day! Forget the chill - how about the sleep! 🙂

Honestly we got more sleep on this bus then the lay down sleeper buses in Vietnam surprisingly 😂 I think it was the less amount of honking that helped
I have lived in Bangkok fot 16 years but only know about 5 bus routes. Because of the incredible traffic (but not at 530 AM), it is easier to take BTS / MRT if the destination is near a stop. Good video. Enjoy your travels !

That's what we were hoping to take but the bus dropped us off way closer! Although it may have taken more time in the end 😂
1. Thailand has VIP sleeping cars such as NCA First Class, Sombat Tour. If you have a chance again, try using these 2 companies. 2. You put the wrong Thai flag on the cover on YT. You use the Costa Rica flag not Thailand Hope your guys enjoy and safe.
