The performance is real, but the plane is not Air Force one, and the first video is sped up. This is a pre-production 777X used for airshows. Air Force 1 is a modified 747-200, and soon to be a modified 747-8L.

No, they are clips of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner taking off at The Farnborough Airshow, demonstrating it's capabilities. The aircraft had no passengers onboard. The pilots rotated the aircraft up to a pitch of an astonishing 45 degrees! You seem to know little to nothing about aviation, so next time you want to say something is fake, learn about it before opening your mouth.
