Aussies and Americans have a LOT in common. Same irreverence, same sense of humor, same wolveine-like response when we're attacked. (I remember reading about an Aussie patrol somewhere in the jungles of Asia during the Second World War. They were filing past the corpse of a dead Japanese soldier. As each man passed the body, he rached down, shook hands with it, and said, "G'day mate!" Now that's the kind of ally I want!

I'm originally from Mexico with Brazilian roots as well and I became an American citizen 4 years ago. And it hurts how some Americans hate their own country. I only can say that The Star-Spangled Banner brings tears and gives me the goosebumps. 🇺🇸🇲🇽🇧🇷
