To answer this question better, weight and height matters drastically. If I followed cbums settings I would not get the same results. My heart rate would be 105-110 max (I’ve been using a close setting for a while). Everyone’s at a different physical level when it comes to cardiovascular endurance. Your goal should be to maintain 125-135 for 20 minutes minimum of your trying to lose body fat. Personally I use stair-mill speed 7 for 30 minutes fasted, 20 minutes post workout.

Interesting do. I’d say that while this form of cardio keeps you from losing mass it also doesn’t push your heart to its limit of strengthening. 170 is max bpm for 25-30 during cardioI’m guessing your about that age range. Maybe this maybe why so many brothers have been take. Out by heart complications, weak hearts and but strong bodies 😢the engine couldn’t carry the weight of the vehicle.
@ChrisElliott1333
11 ай бұрын
It's not made to push your heart of strengthening limit. It's made for fat loss efficiency. When your heart rate is 170 you're burning carb energy. Not fat energy. Max should be 160 bpm. However depending on your age it should be lower. You don't need high intensity

Ankles hurt without holding
I’ll usually do 15% incline, 5.5km/h for about 20-25 min, usually burn about 350 calories and do about 2km
I do 9.0 to 15.0 incline and like around 6,5 speed But that's for my like 5 minute warm-up
He does the trenmill
Noticed that over 5.3mph you usually go above 135bpm which is the upper cardio rate so stick below unless you do 10min max
Man can someone finally tell me where to buy that t shirt? I cant find it anywhere...
I usually do 4 on incline and 4 on speed for around 20min
This is actually called zone 2 cardio. It’s the superior cardio.
The best:3
What do you do for a pump right before mr. olympia?
I do 5 stoped warm up 7 spped to get to going then try to run a whole mile in 10 speed with 0% incline if done right you get you mile done in 6:40 minutes

Big fan cbum ❤
I just noticed his lisp is getting bad, at least in this video. Hope you're alright CBum, love you dude
Thanks
Prep? Meaning as a warm up before you start your weight training?
Never come off of 15% incline myself (unless I’m going to try to work on increasing speed and then I go right back to training on 15) - would like to know how fast he would go with that setting and for how long
For how long though ? 20?30? 40 minutes a day at the end of the workout ?

That’s dependent on how his body composition is progressing during prep. Totally irrelevant for anyone other than him.

One week minimum.
Chris, how did you get on stage for the first time? What does it take? I have a dream to go on stage
What watch do you recommend for tracking your training?
I like to progressive overload throughout 20mins. Start at 5%Incline, then increase 0.5% Incline every minute. By minute 20 I'm at 15%
Where did you get that picture behind you?????

Gyms bros are the best
I set it at 4 min pace w lots of incline.
🏆 champ
I normally go 18 incline at 5.5-6 for 20 minutes
13% at 3.4 for me
My favourite treadmill setting is ‘off’
really these are the questions you'd ask
I’ll do 3.2-3.3 speed at 9.5-10 incline and that, for me, burns 1 calorie per 10 seconds
nice
this one time in band camp..
That is really light. I get on the stair master and raise it 1 notch for every minute. I start seeing the lord Jesus Christ around 15 to 18
What do you train when its chestday?
For how long would you do this for
I do 5 incline and 10-12 speed.
I typically do: Incline 8/Speed 4.5mph because my goal is to burn 200+ calories per mile of cardio. I typically try an burn 2,000 calories a week on 3 days of cardio so 3.0mph would just take too long.
I walk up and down stairs for five hours a day
Chris avoids high impact cardio, because at his level, any amount of muscle loss could be the difference between a #1 trophy and #2 medal.
How long do you do cardio for?
Have you done backwards walking?
What kind of kicks he’s wearing ? Brand
372 degree incline works best for me
15 incline 2.0 MPH speed for 20mins
What about walking outside, swim or play some kind of sport for 30-45 mins? I guess it has to be a treadmill och stairmaster if you wish to be a bodybuilder.
2/10/20 for beginners 3/12/30 for advanced
I do 15 incline on 4 speed for like 20 minutes

I need that wall art. Anyone know where I can get that painting?
Interesting do. I’d say that while this form of cardio keeps you from losing mass it also doesn’t push your heart to its limit of strengthening. 170 is max bpm for 25-30 during cardioI’m guessing your about that age range. Maybe this maybe why so many brothers have been take. Out by heart complications, weak hearts and but strong bodies 😢the engine couldn’t carry the weight of the vehicle.

It's not made to push your heart of strengthening limit. It's made for fat loss efficiency. When your heart rate is 170 you're burning carb energy. Not fat energy. Max should be 160 bpm. However depending on your age it should be lower. You don't need high intensity

I run up mountains 🏔️
Is it better to increase incline or speed at treadmill? I am currently doing 15 mint treadmill at speed of 6km/h (3.7mph) at incline(gradient) of 4.5% and i weigh 119kg(260pounds)?? Please guide me ..i dont have trainer
12% speed 5 for 30 mins is mine. Hard but burns a ton of calories
How much time do it for a day
Do you wipe before or after ?
15incline 10mph is the max for my machine. I don’t do that I’m just stating the machine’s limits. Idk how it got into my house since I don’t use it
