While there are benefits to waking up early, such as increased productivity and alignment with natural daylight, these benefits are not due to ozone exposure. Ozone is not radiated from the universe. It is formed in the atmosphere through chemical reactions, primarily involving UV light from the sun acting on oxygen molecules. This process mainly occurs in the stratosphere. Ozone, infact, can be toxic to humans, particularly at ground level. The reason animals and birds wake up before sunrise is related to their circadian rhythms and environmental cues such as light and temperature changes. Many animals have evolved to be active at dawn because it can be an optimal time for feeding or avoiding predators. That being said, waking up before sunrise and some form of workout, whatever it is, is truly life changing 👍🏼
