    It's almost 12 AM, I just sit with my protien shake and saw the notification of this video, and I confidently knew that midnight can also be a good time to take protien shake.     1. One week 2. More then recommended dosage prescribed as per your body will be wasted and might have some affects 3. Do whatever you love and makes exercising more fun but for more and faster hypertrophic effects it is better to stick to bodybuilding Peace bro ❤️‍🔥👍🏻

    Great that you busted the "anabolic window" myth. The most important part is to space out your protein evenly during the day. If that means having a shake post-workout, then that's great, but it's neither magically MORE anabolic nor better than any other time.

    I think whey protein in 35-40mins before workout is much better than post-workout.. our body will be in Anabolic and gives good pump.. 2nd scoop it's better to have in the morning rather than post-workout.

    Ek qna karo Arpit bro telling about ur height age weight personal life etc I personally take whey post workout because in the evening I consume protein rich milkshake but i knew that anabolic window is a myth even before I started gymming in September 2021.. I am in class 11+ m a vegetarian so completing my protein intake is kinda difficult so I consume whey... and tbh padhai ke pressure se gym absent ho jaa rha hai bohot..almost 1 month ke gap ke baad main Friday se waapis jaana shuru kiya

    I only take whey protein powder pre workout, some time before workout, it’s actually my 1st meal of the day/in fasted state usually. I workout first thing in the morning. It’s for my convenience only, no specific reason really

    Consume protein after workout. Don’t forget to supply your body with whole foods (protein, cabs, fibre and healthy fats) for the remaining of the day.

    @@TheCharteredSpartan Small correction, if possible consume protein before your workout. Reason, to replenish protein and aminos for a window of 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Once you leave for office, will have a 2 hours window to supplement your body again.

    As Naveen said, include fibre foods, and it also depends how much protien you are taking. If you are eating 1-2 eggs alone, it'll not make you feel full (considering you eat 2000-2500 cals)
