That looked like such an amazing time. The place seemed perfect, and with such a nice access to the lake with all the things you could do! I love wakeboarding, haven't been in a few years but it's like riding a bike!

That place was so beautiful and it had everything you need to have fun. I love those tiny houses, I could see one of those on a small piece of property and then RVING the winter. You should see the beauty of the lake when it is full. Just gorgeous. It filled up October 2018. Wasn't to long afterward that LCRA mafia drained it.

Oh wow! I'm sure it's gorgeous. I've heard it floods really bad sometimes too which is why the owners have the tiny homes. Move them if they have to.

@@EatSeeRV Yes that whole gravepoint area does flood. The normal full level is 714. And that whole area is below that level, so once the lake level approaches full level, flooding occurs. Notice the many homes are built up.

@@cdlvj hi Leoy, 714 is the elevation of the dam's spillway, so if it goes over that the water is free flowing over the dam. Full is 681. The tiny houses are at 700

l.instead of going back to Florida for a Driver's license renewal, check out this website. You could probably get a TX D.L. You would probably do better by both of you being TX residents due to no State Income Taxes. As to flying, you can use your passport for getting past TSA, after all it is a Fed entity.

Thanks for the tip. Yes we know we can switch residency, but that comes with a lot of paperwork. We spend time in FL as our families are there (which also has no state income taxes) and we can use our family's mailing address for free instead of having to use a service for our address in Texas.

Now what all comes with the tiny home? Does the boat come with it? What’s the deposits if any, may we have the break down cost of yall Austin trip please? 😊 Love this content too btw! 🌸
