Nice video. I've lived in Bangkok for many years and many (maybe most?) people have iPhones. There are two big Apple stores - one in Central World and one in Icon Siam and there are a ton of iPhone vendors in MBK mall. Also, another way to get to Khao San road during the DAY (no night service) is via the hop on/off river ferry boats Phra Arthit Pier (N13) is the stop you want. Cheers!

Bangkok has it all! Magnificent Wats (Buddhist temples.) Exciting nightlife. Terrific retail. It has energy, think NYC with tropical weather.

Actually it depends on what you want to do. If you are in to shopping, then go during the day. If you want some great street food, go after 6 pm, but expect large crowds.

I have been going there for 10 years and always eat the street food. Never had a problem with it. The only time i got sick was when I ate in a regular restaurant.

In any of these places, do they serve dog meat or is that advertised? I am not trying to be racist but I have a trigger when I see abuse on dogs so I will try to avoid those spots. Please do help.
