Norman Reed: When I was getting married in 1977,a good friend of my parents from Germany,was the owner and chef of a five star restaurant in Buckhead,Atlanta.(The Brass Key) We had them over for dinner to discuss the catering menu and my mom who is not much of a cook,was pretty intimidated but said, “I’ll make chili,who doesn’t like that!” ( I made a Daquiri cheesecake) He loved both and asked for the recipes!🤭😂🤣😅

I know that there are already lots of comments, so I thought I would add another one just in case there was someone out there who was thinking all those comments were fake... This is a great recipe for a family dinner or sharing dinner or a potluck or taking to a sick friend. At first I wasn't sure about how she cooked the pasta, but it worked wonderfully. The best part is that it's not only delicious but it's so easy-peezy!

Thank you for this recipe. I made a double recipe and it was a hit. I just added a can of pinto beans and kidney beans. For the condiments we added green onion, black olives and sour cream. Delicious ❤️

April, Thank you for this recipe. I did go one step further by making a huge batch of home cooked enchalada sauce and froze what I did not use. As for the rest of the ingredients, I did not change a thing. My take, this is the best simple meal Iv'e made in a long while. Thank you! avb

I just happened to see this recipe and I just happened to have all of the ingredients. This meal was a fantastic meal and our whole family loved it. There were some leftovers but they didn’t last long, lol! I’m now a subscriber!

I have made this for the second time since I saw your video two weeks ago. It’s wonderful!! But, I’m one of those people who find it hard to follow a recipe precisely. I added one teaspoon of red wine vinegar and the broth, and let it simmer for about 45 minutes; I then added my pasta. It was delicious! You cannot taste the vinegar; it just adds a small pop of umami. Thank you for sharing this with us!!

I will offer you some other ideas on Umami flavour. Worchester Sauce Soy Sauce Marmite. Marmite is a spread from the UK with a very intense flavour. A little goes a long way!

I've seen lot's of videos like this and must it's different way different than all the rest it's not cheesy enough just the sprinkle on top instead of mixing it in makes a big difference and the color wasn't like all the others but hey if you like it like that I love it nice job

How was it?

That taco spaghetti looks so tasty! A great half-hour meal that I could do after a hard day's work! If so inclined, you could use venison, pheasant, elk, or even pork chorizo. After all, you are the Mario Andretti of your own taco spaghetti.

I made this and the flavor is on point…but I think imma cook my pasta first the next time….I’ve never been good at adding uncooked pasta to a dish and the pasta come out right. 😩So yea…other than that this is a definite hit! Will be making it again.

I know I’m a few months late. But just to give you a tip. If cooking your pasta separate, try half cooking it, then add to the Meat Sauce to cook the rest of the way. If you like it semi runny, cover it. If you like it dryer, then finish it uncovered
