Toyota always need publicity to tell their Lexus and Toyota are very reliable. The world user knows not all Lexus and Toyota models are as reliable as what the publicity saying these two Japanese brands are so reliable. Hell no, some Toyota and Lexus are junks actually

I’m a C43 AMG owner, and knowing what I know about the brand now not only from my own experience but also from what other people are reporting, I would never recommend a Mercedes to anyone. Yes it’s fancy, yes it’s fast, yes it even turns heads, but would never recommend it. Trust me on this.

Why? Can you elaborate and chime some light on this? I'm thinking of GLE 2020 or GLC... Seems like Mercedes is leading everyone. But you probably know better? If you don't like Mercedes, then what would you recommend?

I think alot of you are forgetting that this list isn't a best selling list or what's popular in your opinion list. They've compiled the list and the video from testing literally every vehicle on the list first hand. Just because a car was or has been historically good. Doesn't mean it's competition won't try to/out beat it now.

Jerkoff, stop spreading this garbage as you know damn well that reviews are not good because they are kicking money to journalists. Look around to all the sites and these cars get good reviews. Are you saying that ALL reviewers are paid to give good reviews and ALL of them keep this secret as it would be illegal to do so. How about the OEM that would have to spend millions of dollars to get the same good reviews across the board. Go spread your BS elsewhere. Also, your comment is illegal as it is slander, so I would be careful calling out people for illegal activities when you are full of sh!t.

He doesn't have the right to say that the OEM and the journalists are performing illegal activities without some proof - that is slander and is illegal. I know people in the industry so I know more than most and I am far from naive.

Hey Guys, i do Housekeeping and food delivery everywhere in long island, i have 5 kids so we need the largest suv there is, but it has to support a lot of miles and i also needed to be fuel efficient, of course 🤷 also i need a huge trunk, you cant imagine how much clothes i bring to the laundrymat, or when i go shopping 🙆🏻‍♀️ what do you recommend?

Ok honestly would you rather have a smaller vehicle for $85,000 or a much larger more luxury looking suv for $55,000. That's why the Expedition was chosen over the Land Cruiser. The Land Cruiser looks old and ugly and boring, but the Expedition looks sleek, luxury, and it's huge.

Yes, the Mercedes-Benz GLC is a fine choice! I have the 2018 model, and it is a beautiful car and wonderful to drive. The downside, if there is one, is that the service cost is quite high compared to just taking a car to your local garage for an oil change! But the luxury of the interior and the very quick mobility (and agility) prove that you have a true Mercedes.

I have two mazdas I both are great I both a new cx 5 to make my collection two i suggest you all buy a mazda it's really amazing

I love my 2019 Kona Limited! FWD is all I need (sorry Subaru) and the Turbo is awesome. Comes in handy when I need to pass a fellow NJ driver who is going 20 miles under the speed limit on a local boulevard.

The Korean manufacturers are going to dominate sales in the mid size SUV's. The Telluride and Pallisade are years ahead of the Pilot and Highlander in design, technology and pricing. The question is, how reliable are they though.

Of course auto journalists like BMWs and Mercedes. They don’t have to pay for oil changes and maintenance after the warranty. Their ratings seem to be more like a wine tasting party than real world experience.

The only suvs are the forester and ascent. Crosstrek and outback are wagons. That being said if they were considered, the crosstrek is awesome in its class if you dont mind the low hp

Yeah real question is why are suvs like the Telluride, palisade, ascent, explorer, ect. Considered "mid size". Should be called full size. Things like a forester should be a midsize. A kona should be compact

Why is Ford Ecosport missing from your first list of subcompacts? What about the best selling Ford Escape for compacts?

Subaru Forester is the best compact SUV

BS, if you were going snow skiing you wouldn't want a CX5 or CRV,Subaru is the best in the snow period.

They are evaluating new cars. Are you trying to say all new models should not be able to make a best of list until 5 years after they are introduced, so that reliability can be evaluated? This is not a list of the most reliable SUVs or a list of SUVs that will retain their value.

I'm assuming these ratings do not include predicted reliability?

Honda is having trouble with their designed, not in production yet , engine due very bad misfire. Production launch keeps getting delayed

It's more a wagon , Forester is a compact SUV, and Ascent is a full size SUV. I have a ,2018 Outback 2.5 Premium , love it like a modern station wagon.. Volvo cross country wagons are nice also

OK, Honda CRV, but the MAZDA CX 5 is SOOO nice when you get one of the top two models, the top Signature or my GT Reserve. Both have a quick 2.5 L. turbo and a host of amenities you never though you "needed" - until you have them, that is. Oh, yes, the 2019 MAZDA CX 5 was rated by Consumer Reports as "Much Better Than Average", their to rating. Compare that to EVERY Land Cruiser/Rover that are rated as "Much WORSE Than Average" and you begin to see that you sometimes do Not get what you pay for.

I want to tell you - the X1 is just a crap, you guys enjoy ...

You not talking about best you talking about all SUV's in the market... I thought you want to talk about the things we dont know about it.!!!

Mine so far has been better since the warranty expired...knock on wood. Ive had it 7 years now since new. I think modern cars get their kinks out under warranty and are relatively bullet proof if properly maintained and driven.

Man they need to step up their designs
