Chef Pepper is delicious.I just dont like that fast food feel you when you go.Would love them to move to an outside location.

Camp David ranch is really nice and the view at night is amazing.

Camp David Ranch is great for lunch or dinner. Good food. OK wine list. It's a little pricy, but not crazy expensive. The view is amazing. If possible, reserve a table outside on the patio, preferably one with a good view of the city.

Thank you for this video. It is so good to have an American young lady recommending restaurants and places in DR. Is a great way to promote the country for tourism. I share most of your videos.

I always go to Santo Domingo D.R. I need to check out Santiago.

Love square one, but the Parilleta is the one of my favorites,they closed but are reopening

Arvi is the best is near La Esmeralda. There are many others in Santiago, among them: Dona Pula, Brixx, La Trattoria, Station beer garden, 212 NYC near La Espanola, etc.

When I was younger going to McD"s was a big event. Yes It is better there. I guess should know why by now.

try Arvi real dominican home food with healthy options near calle Benito Juarez just in front of Supermercado Nacional

Los Jardines neighborhood has a bunch of nice restaurants, RistorArte and Chef Pepper (you mentioned) are among them. I'm always wary of places that sell locations more than their food - like Adrian Tropical in la Capital (yuck!!) - surprisingly Puerta del Sol has OK food.

Hey mills sorry to bother you with this question again. Are there any jobs you can do remotely without marketing yourself? I hate marketing myself .. like job you get paid by the hour?

KGB, La Trattoria, Camp David (high-end), & Noah are all a must 😋

I ate at Noah in 2019 and really liked it. I hope to try some of the other restaurants around the monument as well as restaurants recommended by Mills.

lots of good coffee! i like santo domingo café, brunch café, la cafetería

Recomiendo La Fonda De Eduvije en Baracoa, yuca con tripita, lengua con batata, trompita con totone, epagueti con moro, bofe con casabe, sopa de pata, mondongo, higado con platano, pica-pollo, oreja y patica con batata frita, patica de pollo y para completar un Mabi de Bojuco Indio......

Glad you suggested McD. I normally shy away from any type of US fast food chains while on vacation. I call it a perfect example of what's the use. I mean, if you are leaving the US to experience a new or different culture then why go eat at an American restaurant. Next time I crave a burger, will reconsider a McDonald's in the DR. I have also been told that although yes it is McD but with a criollo twist. It would be interesting and worth to see the fusion at least try it once. Nevertheless, I appreciate the suggestion,

guillermone1 I completely agree! If I weren’t living there I wouldn’t be going to McDonald’s! But when you crave something like that it’s a pretty good one lol. Of course It has nothing on a Plato del día lol

I work in bella terra on the 3rd floor right up until March and i dont recall seeing food tropolis. I know theres like a bar or liquor store.... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The food at Square One is indeed fresh. I know this for a fact! I could see why anyone would think it isn't since service in DR is so sluggish LOL

I like Square One for basic, good food. Plus for me the location is perfect. I can easily walk there.

I would definitely agree that American Fast food is better in the DR. I haven't tried McDonalds yet, but KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut are sooooo much better here.

Yessssss Mills for sure McDonald’s is wayyy better in 🇩🇴 I 🙋🏾‍♀️ totally agree 100%

KGB and naturalis te have vegan options!

McDonalds and Pizza Hut IMO much better than the states sadly McDonalds doesn't have the McChimi wrap or anything McChimi anymore at least in Santiago
