    I like 2-3 minutes rest kyunki itne rest me meri body full recovered ho jati h after reaching failure in 1st set then phir se main again muscle ko full power se break kr ke failure reach kr pata hu

    45 second rest in Isolation exercise and 1 minute rest in compound exercises is what I follow

    I want to add something - you have to observe yourself that in how many minutes you're getting recovered and your breath is back ..no one can tell you how much rest you should take

    very informative video. soo try this workout which i do. it will give you amazing results. bench press, squat, back workout. whatever you choose to do. apply this.. after warm up. set 1 lift something 70% of your one max rep (5 reps) set 2 try 80%(4-5 reps) set 3 try something 85% (4-5reps) slightly more. and then take a good break of 3 minutes and then ... last set do a drop set. keep on going all way to something 10 kg with as little as 10 seconds break or no break. this workout will almost hit all the energy cycles. its very hard. but amazing workout. I feel the burn and it hurts. In my opinion until you don't feel something like this. its not called exercise. But don't forget a proper cool down and stretching. otherwise next day you will regret. keep smiling. 👍😊

    Same exercise ke sets ke beech 45 seconds rest. Moving to next exercise 90 seconds rest. Not sure how effective it is, so now I will try changing it a bit to see the results. Thanks for the video!!

    Sir plz give me any suggestion for my problem.. Is.... My one.. I dont know.. Left or right.. Part of body is strong or weak.. Agar mai deadlift lgata houn i only feel on side of back.. And if i doing squat i may only feel one side more pump.. Or soreness... And my left side of body has light pain.. Of what. I don't know.. But if i stretch my legs...or left side i feel a pain.. I dont know what pain that is.. But it is definitely something... Any suggestions.. Sir

    Hlo navjot pajii Me kaffi time toh gym kr rha i mean more then 14months....ty phla m mass gainer ly c 2 3....then fer m whey protein concentrate lya kide vich m last 2 month musclenecter da protein lya c....but hun m 1 week toh koi horr company da whey protein isolate lya hai ohde naal mnu digestion problem aa rhi hai bolating loose motions kind of....hun m eh soch rha c k isolate nal ta eh issue nhi huna chida c jad k mnu concentrate easily digested c....fer ja ta eh whey protein hi sahi nhi hai ja meri body ch hi kuch issue hai ja fer jo pahla protein ly c m oh sahi nhi c jo easily digested ho gy.. please help me on this

    @@futuredrsahilsharma not completely but got my 70-80% strength back. Now able to do push ups without any pain but when I do any exercise which includes my wrist(biceps curls) , I can feel the pain. Used wrist bands that really helped me alot.
