My Dr recommended that I do Tai Chi daily, I found this one and I’m happy to follow, this is very doable for me. At age 77 I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I’m to exercise every day, but nothing to strenuous, and I’m to pace myself. This looks perfect, with a wonderful easy to follow instructor. Thank you, Don.

I started doing various forms of QiGong during the 90's but got "too busy." Started doing QiGong again about 3 years ago after a heart attack. Reviewed a couple of presenters on KZread and gravitated toward Don's presentations, also purchased his DVD. At 74 this daily practice has brought me many mental, physical and even some spiritual benefits. I am so grateful for Don's presentations.

pre travel- I need this- My 8 mo old ginger , golden doodle Winnie enjoyed it as well- when she wasn't jumping/humping me:):(-- I picked her from 4 dogs because she responded to my tapping to the top of her head. I kid you not. Turns out we have the same birthday- she is my therapy baby- so blessed to have her- thank you again my friend- My 3 granddaughters & I will be doing your sessions in Atlanta- this particular 1 is my favorite. blessed be and namaste-

So happy with this - I wonder about the varying speeds used for patting - is there a reason for varying the speed on different points of the body?

Very true - you can gain some length while performing Connecting Heaven and Earth. Consider the mental skill of Song. This is loosening of the joints and body as we perform the forms. Yes, it is correct, you can also gain length in your arms, and legs.

Namaste it's a way to greet or say hello in Hindi. India is where Louhan originated from. It made it's way into some variations of Kung Fu as a fighting style and exercise.
