I know exactly how you feel. I never had close to his hair when I was 18 years old. It took me 6 months to grow 2 inches, then it was scraggly because it was curly and even though there were people who lied and said they could work on people with curls , didn’t know the first thing about cutting or styling.

My youngest daughter has the EXACT same hair! It's natural, they're just blessed 😩LOL It does take some skill though to get the curls looking that perfect. So to answer your question, I guess it's both 😂🤗
