on an equal strength team, which playar would you rather have to win it all? Take Dallas that won it but without Dirk or Kobe's b2b Lakers without Kobe. If you were to iterate smalls and bigs of today's game, those Lakers with Kawhi are my pick to win against those same Lakers with KD/Giannis/Tatum or that Dallas with Joker/Embiid. Just a thought exercise for the way I rationalize Kawhi as the best most useful player in the league.

Kawhi played with 3 HOF with the spurs and now 3 HOF with Clippers that Raptor team was really good too had Warriors been healthy we would view Kawhi totally different.. His first FMVP came playing with 3 HOFs while Lebron averaged 28 8, and 6 on him he only averaged 14ppg He didn’t slow Lebron down at all the heat just were old and washed at that point..He doesn’t even have 14k career points yet played 12 seasons Loul Deng has more career points.. Healthy warriors 2019 finals probably would’ve swept that Raptors team.. When healthy back in 2020 he blew a 3-1 lead and last year he flat out quit on the Clippers.. I didn’t even get started on all his injuries.. This year he is playing like a superstar but how convenient it’s contract year.. Kawhi is a decent player when healthy but to put him in same class as Durant, Lebron and Curry is crazy.. If u ask me his ONE 2019 season and playoffs is the only reason ppl view him the way they do.. Other than 2019 what other year has he played at HOF level? Kawhi is the most overrated player in league history.. He really good but not on same level as other players from his era

Main reason Kawhi is closest thing to Jordan since Kobe is that he wins games on both sides of the floor and he shoots fade away in high volume and high efficiency better than anyone else in the league. Just last Clippers games at Washington commentator said "uf, tough fade awaaaay... hoho tough for some". He can get a bucket like no other player in the league because he's highest efficiency on unstoppable toughest shot.

He doesn’t play full 4th quarters in blow out wins. He’s not a stat padder. For example he had 32 points last night against the wizards, but he didn’t play the 4th. Same when they played Indiana, and other blow out games
