In this video, we’ll be determining which of the many locations in the state of Montana are the best to live. Some of the places that we’ll be taking a look at include Helena, Bozeman, Livingston, Four Corners, and Dillon. Helena is Montana’s state capital, though it’s also considered a great place to live for both single and families alike. Bozeman is one of the more popular college cities in the state, with it being home to Montana State University. The location is affordable, and there’s always something fun to do!
Livingston is a Montana location that offers its residents easy access to Yellowstone National Park, with many people colloquially referring to the city as the park’s gateway. Lovers of the outdoors will cherish living in Livingston, but it’s a more expensive place to live than either Helena or Bozeman. An even more expensive city to live in would be Four Corners, which is located right on the Gallatin River! Wealthy families who want to be close to the water will love it here.
Finally, Dillon is another Montana college city, but it’s much smaller than Bozeman. Dillon only has a population of around 4,000, though that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty of fun stuff to do! The city is home to the University of Montana Western, as well as a new hospital. From state capital Helena to consolidated city-county Butte, join ViewCation as we find the best places to live in Montana.

I've wanted to check out "Big Sky Country" for a while. Especially the Billings metro area, considering it's the only major city in Montana with a population of over 100,000.

@@OnViewCation More like this for other states I supposed. Indepth videos on specific cities in different states. How about a top 10 reasons to move to Billings for example? Give more demographic info. What the average age? Ratio of singles to couples? Give reasons why anyone single and in their 20s or 30s should move their instead of to a larger more expensive city like Austin or Miami.
