Any daily full time merchandiser knows rotating non diet sodas is a waste of time. It’ll sell fast enough way before it gets anywhere close to the sell by date. If anything once the shelf is really hit bad, then rotate. Ton of product for one guy to handle, don’t add more work for yourself

@@davidhinkle1201 pepsi is a joke when they want you to stock everything little item. It's like, did you forget that the store has employees too?? Alot of the time I'll hide the cases in areas that can't be spotted until a day or 2 later, so the store stocks it. I even go as far as half stocking the coolers in the walk in, so when a manager spies on my work, they only see 4 bottles in and it looks like it's stocked

@@rashaadhorne77302 weeks late but once your comfortable with pepsi brand flow and where shit is its simple on the mind, not your body though. It’s not often that the work load gets lighter especially with Gatorade going live in a couple weeks. How has the job been going so far for you?

Your CR or senior employee should tell you this. • Once you're done filling your shelves, get a picture of your freshly stocked shelf and text it to your manger. •Speed,speed,speed. Move fast so you won't be in those stores all damn day. •At the end of your shift stretch and strengthen! Find a 5-10 min full body stretching routine on KZread. As well as an ab strengthening exercise. In order to protect your body and back you need to strengthen and stretch it.🤙🏽
