This is why I love your builds. They leave room for personal customization/improvement and they strike a good balance between damage/survivability/fun.

For the frostcraft clutch build i use Frostfang instead of Fatalis for it's punishing draw armor bonus. You'll hit over 1k most the time and have a higher stun chance.

Gotta pick your openings wisely with the frost craft build. That’ll only really work if you’re fighting monsters that give long enough recovery frames to perform the attack. Or you need to get tool specialist maxed out

Yeah the resentment or Peak Performance is redundant since they can't activate together. But in terms of getting an opening you try some strategies like consumables like smoke bombs, traps etc.

I do have a question Darcblade wouldn't heroics be a more susceptible skill to use other than resentment on the frostcraft build if your just going to be clutch clawing

It would be but since you clutch onto the monster there is a good chance of taking damage when doing so either with the monster throwing you off or chip damage, so it would work better if you only take safe clutches, at least that’s what I think

When using spread 3 ammo with the Vor Buster HBG, I recommend having 3 recoil mods to get quicker hits. Also, the Impact mantle equipped with KO jewels will help to stun the monsters more often. You only need 1 shield mod if you have Guard x3 and Offensive Guard x3. A decent build should give you 53+ dmg per spread bullet on Teostra's softened head when the monster is enraged.

Shield with Vor Buster? Would recommend to use safi for this. Other than that i was about to way the same. Recoil 3x is a must imo

@@MrOceansEleven Safi has less dmg and less ammo capacity (really important). Which makes Vor the superior choice. The only good thing about Safi is affinity but that can be increased easily with jewels and armor.

ohh that sticky build looks amazing, but i think this video needs a part 2, because we need cluster, elemental and wyvern best of the best builds, i know cluster isnt that usefull anymore, but its so much fun to use :D

A cluster build would probably consist of mostly raw boosting skills like Attack Boost, Peak Performance, and Agitator. Evade extender, evade window, probably tool specialist or divine blessing etc, but there’s not much point because Clusters can’t really be used as a main ammo and are more used like a side ammo because of their nerfs in Iceborne (well deserved nerfs.) something you use when you have the chance to get some extra dmg in.

Probably because of the higher raw dmg of the Rajang Destroyer makes it easier to hit the sticky ammo dmg cap, that and I’d assume the extra 4 slot the Rajang Destroyer has probably helps him fit in an extra skill or two he wouldn’t be able to fit in with the Demonlord Beastbuster.

Nice for sticky wasn't an option to go for PP3 giving the healt augm its more managable with the sticky ammo issue for long hunts

Raw attack increases damage like Attack Boost and Peak Performance do benefit both sticky and cluster. Neither ammo is affected by affinity.

The Rajang Destroyer is trash compared to the Demonlord BeastBuster for Sticky

Safi Burstcannon is still stronger than Vor Buster for Spread. Because of Recoil Supressor on Safi, it will be able to add 2 Close Range Up mods and 3 Shield mods which deals higher damage than Vor. (TESTED on Training area Vor: 43 per pellet, Safi Burst: 47 per pellet)

Worth mentioning Vor will be higher damage if your forgo the shield mods altogether (3 recoil, 2x close range, or 3 recoil 1x close range and 1x special scope)

just trade the attack4 for a fortify/attack in the guidinglands build the fortify&6 atk is way better than 7 atk

Make sure you have the raging brachy piece and not normal Brachy.

in your best of best pierce/spread HBG you can't get guard 5, you only have a guard 3 from your decos so i am confused.

Why go brachydium for spread when you can use dragonhead Alpha for more guard and better slots. It’s a waste of wex since you already have lv 3 with the chest arms n waist.

I’ve seen a bowgun I believe that was shooting a sorta purple beam in a safi raid. I believe it was a safi weapon but idk. Help please

Im gonna copy that Sticky build, if you dont mind, i had one with the Vor Buster aswell but yours looks better.. Well for my Spread/Pierce HBG i have the 4 Fatalis and Velkhana y boots, for Peak Performace 3 and Quick Sheath 2, my crit chance gets maxed thanks to Maximum Might 5 and i've got Recovery Up 3, keeping my HP topped and PP activated constantly. And i have made a meme build that specializes on Wyvernheart with the Aldabash that i made based on Cotton's old Safi'Jiiva build from RageGaming.

This is really amazing, only problem is i havent been able to defeat Fatalist... FML!!!

For fatalis you need to strategize a bit. Make use of the cannons and ballistaes. - At the beginning of the hunt use ghille mantle - place bombs near the rampart with the 2 cannons - fill both cannons - reposition both the cannons - also use heavy artillery + part breaker on your build. - shoot 1st cannon. Fatalis will charge at you (place the mega bombs preferably where it will charge at) - if you do the cannon attack right, you will topple fatalis during the second cannon shots. - When its down go to town on its head. - as soon as it gets up, clutch claw it and make it kiss the walls. - dont be afraid to go back to the camp to change loadouts after you use both the cannons and ballistaes. - break at least one horn if you dont want to get 1 shot killed during the last phase. - Break both wings so that it wont fly too much for too long. - whenever you see an opening use the clutch claw to flinch shot it (Try not to miss this) And DONT GIVE UP!

start the event quest day of ruin its a teostra in the seliana arena you get 3 sealed faintstones minimum i got really lucky and got 2 attack 4 jewels after 5 tries or so lol

imo I’d take out slugger 5 from the sticky ammo build, but other than that it’s pretty solid, I assume your using the Rajang Destroyer HBG instead of the Demonlord Beast buster HBG because it has an easier time hitting the dmg cap of the sticky ammo because of it having higher raw than the Demonlord beast buster?. Or because it had the extra 4 slot deco slot. And the con that you have to be close to the monster in your Spread Build is basically null since you have the equivalent of a Lance shield with 3x shield mods, basically meaning you don’t have to worry about much things.

Yeah that sticky build is a joke, the real best builds are on phemeto channel

Its aight but no ammo up and 4 shield mods is eeeeh. Better to use Velkana Legs Y and Fatalis Head A to sub out divine blessing and some attack boost for Peak Performance and Free Elem/Ammo Up. Recoil and Reload are also better choice for mods, one Guard is plenty enough

long story short just use fatalis armor guys
