The obvious affection and bond Parky had with him was truly heartwarming.

What a sofa that was! Connolly, Beckham, Caine, Attenborough and of course Peter Kay himself. Legends one and all. You could never get this lineup together for a single show nowadays, it would bankrupt any channel 😆

Rewatching all Parkinson’s best interviews! RIP one of the best

As a lady in my 70s I love him as he never feels the need to swear, he doesn’t tell jokes he talks about a normal persons life which the vast majority of us can relate to. I have missed him can’t wait to see him again 👏👏👏😂😂😂🇬🇧

Such a naturally funny nice guy. Lost count of the amount of times I’ve been crippled by laughter, such a rare thing these days and it ages like a fine wine

I only discovered Peter within the last year…. Huge fan from the U.S. here! So naturally funny! He beats any US comedian as well. At least my opinion! If he ever goes back on tour, I’m flying across the pond to see him!

Tbh I absolutely hate Sin atra, he's hated in Australia too for his rudeness when there.

Agreed, when the announcement on Michael's sad passing the first thing I thought about were his interviews with Peter. R.I.P Parky, a chat show legend who will be missed.
