As a life long kick boxer, I really wish I had studied judo. I have worked in Mental Health hospitals, and controlling that arm and speed is crucial. Amazing. Judo is the bomb.

I've been practicing freestyle wrestling and today I had a practice. I fulfilled one of elements of judo. It was so spectacular. My coach said that I was today's hero. 😊

There are loads of videos about epic throws but there's nothing quite as sweet as a simple leg sweep.

Slow this down and break it in pieces and there is about a whole year's worth of instructionals right there.

That double foot sweep 👌

While growing up,noticeable to anyone, my brother and I were very thin and Judo was recommended for us to be able to handle ourselves in the event of a fight.

Judo is so rad. Life is just not long enough to get good at everything. If I could, I would go back and trade half the team sports I played for a couple belts worth of Judo.

Não fica nervoso man, na minha primeira competição eu tinha 14 anos, lutei no sub 21 e foi luta casada ainda, coloca tudo que tu aprendeu em prática e se for pra perder, perde como um leão!
