Yeah that clip is from around 1991. At that point the F-40 was still the fastest car in the world, the XJ220 was still a little while off, the Skyline was about 4 years off of being offered in the UK and the McLaren F1 was still a drawing.

If the current Clarkson Crossed the young Clarkson on the road he'd go "MANIAC!!!"

Talha Javed Talha Javed Yes, really. It has nothing to do with nationality either. Jeremy Clarkson has always had awful teeth by anyone’s standards, but in the 90’s his teeth were so brown at points that they looked fake. It’s just astounding at times.

All we know is, he's not the stig.

This was the old Top Gear. More specifically, the 90's format of this motoring show. Everything changed as from 2002, when Clarkson returned to host this programme. His old schoolmate Andy Wilman was the show's producer. The format was fresh and daring ( read : un-PC ). The hosts ( three, with each one bringing his own personality on board ). And, Clarkson's hairstyle. The 2002-2015 format attracted an audience of 350 million.

He brought out his inner James May at the bar going on about engine and emissions lol

No, Reebok made a tennis shoe called the Pump where you would pump air into the shoe to tighten them instead of tying the shoe. They were huge back in the early 90s. Everyone wore Pumps back in the day.
