Walter goggins is criminally underrated. Dude killed it on the shield. His ability to add layers and complexity to what should be an unlikable, irredeemable character is amazing.

He was supposed to die in Episode 1 but was so damn good that they decided to bring him back to be the main villain of the show. That's what happens when your charisma stat is maxed all the way.

The whole "we dug coal together" line, followed by, "That's right," was the best ending I've seen for a series.

"Your teeth glow in the dark" has made me laugh hysterically for years. Know what the fantastic part about Boyd's monologue to Raylan in the forest is? It eventually came to pass. Raylan eventually crossed the line in City Primeval, which makes the ending of that series so incredible. Boyd not only does beat Raylan(though it took him 2 decades to do it), but he's free as well.

I don't think there's ever gonna be a better duo.

So well written and acted. Walton's performance made this an all time villain arc. There was so much unexpected depth to Boyd Crowder that he brought out.

I love that Limehouse digs Goggins up in Fallout. I mean he’s Boyd 2.0 with Raylan’s excellent marksmanship. And Limehouse gets his 😂

My great grandpa was a coal miner. He ended up buying a bunch of cheap, mined land. He built houses and and sold them to my family members for dollars. I’m no stranger to hard work, but from what I hear, coal mining is about as hard as it gets

I love Boyd Crowder. One of the few "bad guys" i actually rooted for. Walton Goggins deserves as many awards as he can carry.

This is one of my favorite shows. Boyd Crowder made you root for him.

Boyd, Eva, Dewey, Darryl, Limehouse, Dickie, Duffy.. excellent characters and acting.

I can watch this show over and over again. Fell in love with Timothy Olyphant in Deadwood and this just made it deeper

I love that Walton can pull pretty much a Robin Williams or Leslie Nielsen be completely known for one genre and be able to nearly perfectly transfer

I love every role I've ever seen him from Boyd to Baby Billy and loved him in The Unicorn too

The greatest show of all time. Season 2 was cinematic perfection.

I think the first comment was correct....there are a few duos that have worked and still work.... Redford and Newman, Pacino and Di Nero and many others that vi cant remember right now....but those two were really great together! They so played their parts as if it was so real....you can get lost in their dialogue and acting....i really hope they BOTH have one more chance to be Raylon and Boyd or obe last rodeo so to speak......❤❤

Put "we dug coal together" on my goddamn tombstone boys, because these two will be the death of me. 🤧

Boyd had his ups and downs but he truly loved ava. Seems like everytime boys tried to be good someone dragged him back in, either his father or old crew or something. Goggins was born to be Boyd crowder.

I just don't watch TV, but the excellent acting in this series was damn near impossible to ignore nor avoid. The storyline absolutely pegged the needle on the suspension of disbelief. That didn't matter, it was too good to not watch

Walton Goggins dumped his SPECIAL into max charisma and max luck

He does kinda remind me of Bruce Dern, too, now that you mention it. It's not just the teeth. It's his voice and the eloquent way he speaks.

I wish boyd and raylan would've teamed up but people kept pushing boyd and didn't believe he changed
