The real issue is getting to that bodyfat percentage. You can't get to that body fat percentage(5-10%) without being calorie deficit for extended time(three plus weeks depending on deficit), and you can't keep(let alone build) muscle well being calorie deficit, doesn't matter how hard you work, it is literally physiologically impossible unless you have help, personally I use both Anavar, and Winny well calorie deficit, as well as Test.E. If you are going to go from a skinny kid to this, then you are going to be calorie positive and this cut weight of 158lbs, is going to be 180lbs plus at growth and maintenance. If he posted these pictures and he was 180 plus, and looked to be around 15% body fat(which still looks good btw) I would say absolutely possible without gear, but posting these type of pictures is really just this guy outing himself as un-natural. It is a shame because even with gear getting to that body fat percentage is still tough.... you are starving yourself, you are not all there mentally which can effect other parts of your work, and social life, but the point is.... you are doing all this work, and it is all to let people know you are doing gear.

@@swesalpiraal7247 and that he works hard and is disciplined. Also, it seems you are conflating two different worlds. Of course irl 180 at 15% body fat is not going to have any problems getting girls (or boys if that's your thing). However, he's clearly going for a body builder look. The kind of look that attracts women AND garners respect from guys like you who know what it takes to achieve such a physique. Not intending to start an argument, just addressing your comment at face value.

No, he did transform. I was a tiny teenager when I was 16, like 130 pounds at 6’3. On my 20th birthday, I was still only about 140 pounds. Wasn’t until I took the bulk seriously that I was able to get near 200 a few years later. You don’t just fall ass backwards into a jacked physique, otherwise 100% of the male population would have “just grown up”.

You don't know the timeframe of the transformation. You have no idea how much one can achieve with 4-5 years. He's short, and lean. Both of these things, together with decent genes you can see there, allow for that physique to get created, although in a pretty long timeframe.
