Just made these last night, very yummy! However I think next time I will cut back on the beans, it created a symphony of gas between my husband and I! I also used fresh jalapenos in stead of the jar kind and it was perfect! Thanks Chef Buck :)

I made these for lunch and absolutely delicious!! I did substitute chili powder (I was out) with a pack of taco seasoning, and out of refried beans. Still, the perfect measurements of all ingredients. It came together heavenly!! Thanks for sharing. 👌🏼😉

U made tha real verison , when I made this the first time I was doing my own steps and then when I did it a second time I followed your steps and it came out amazing it came out really really amazing yours look good but mine's look good as well all the cheese melted on it and ooze on it looks amazing

I made this. It looked like barely edible slop when I was done, but it was delicious.

lol next time use a wide-meshed strainer or colander to drain the meat. best part is you can put it over a bowl to catch the grease for re-use in the future :)

Mike Crane Mexicans don’t use taco seasoning... makes it taste like butthole. Just use garlic powder, salt and onion powder if you’re not using fresh onion. Source: am Mexican

Awesome nachos supreme! I never thought of doing this on a pizza stone. It's always been a messy deal to make these for a family of 4, could never figure out a good way to put it together. My unused pizza stone now has a new purpose...thanks!

Kim Mitchem Thanks! --we always use a giant pizza pan now --the drawback is that we don't have a family of 4, so me and CG just have to eat enough food for 4 people...somehow we manage (of course it's mostly me doing all the eating)
