I made it yesterday for dinner and swapped garbanzo beans and quinoa for garlicky shrimp and it was delicious. Loved all the spices and overall taste. Reminded me of marocain cuisine, especially with the cinnamon! Delish, will make it again. Thank you!

This looks great buck I'm glad you peeled the shrimp I'm not a big fan of eating shrimp shells even when they're crunchy fried. I almost never use my oven anymore I'm thinking I could make these in my Panini grill.

My sincere sympathy. This is a senseless tragedy. Nobody deserves to lose their life this way. And friends and family don't deserve to lose someone they love this way.

Hey, CB and CG! What a yummy way to make your friends feel special when you ask them over for lunch. Or just make yourselves feel special, dagnabbit. Using the English muffins was a good idea, to add supportive crunchiness to the garlicky shrimpiness. Seeing you suddenly scarf down the raw egg yolk was too much excitement, now I have to lie down.
