►Ingredients For the Loaded Nachos
►Spices
2 tsp guajillo chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp mexican oregano
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp msg
►Beef
2 red onions
3 garlic cloves
1 large chipotle pepper amzn.to/3RjiPhp
700 grams or 1.5 lbs beef mince
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1.5 tsp spices
2 tsp mexican oregano
70g or 0.154 lbs unsalted butter
►Cheese Sauce
410g or 14 fl oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup or 4 fl oz pickle water
1/2 cup or 4 fl oz water
250g or 0.5 lbs american cheese
150g or 0.3 lbs mature cheddar
►Guacamole
1/2 white onion
1 green serrano chili
15g fresh coriander
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
Half white onion
1 tomato
15g fresh coriander
3 large avocados
2 tsp mexican oregano
1 tsp salt or to taste
►Salsa Pico De Gallo
1 red onion
3 - 4 roma tomatoes
2 - 3 green serrano or jalapeno chili
Handful coriander
1 lime
1 tsp salt
►Other toppings you will need
Tortilla chips
Tomatoes
Jalapeno pepper, fresh and pickled
Lime
Scallions greens
Black olives
Sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Tabasco
