We all have a mountin I used to be one of the most athletic guys in the room then life knocked me down and you know what it took 6 years but I battled back and I control it now. I had to have surgery again life knocked me down the surgeon said I would be able to work again in 9 months I battled back and made it in 6 months! During that I got depressed and lazy and out of shape and lost my body image and one day I said "fuck this"! I was 268 lbs then and now I'm 183lbs of chiseled muscle looking at my MMA comeback! YOU CAN DO IT JUST DECIDE THAT YOUR NOT GOING TO LOSE AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love these! I’m getting my weight back on track! I’m gonna be so in shape!

I will beat you goalith! I will set my goals and triumph! Those who try to stop me and doubt me. Really do not know a thing about me. LETS GO! LETS WIN!
