I'm 35 single mother, trying get strength to go on everyday. A 15 year daughter with special needs, and having my mom have major stroke.. and having to see my mom the way she never wanted to be in.. I will never give up on my mom and daughter. I have to have faith everything have to get better

These videos help me so much. I’m 32 and going through one of the toughest times of my life. My husband fell at work a few months back and sustained a serious head injury. I am a new mom to a now 11 month old and battled postpartum depression for the first few months of his life. And we’re going bankrupt. I’ve had some dark days not sure how I’m going to get through this. But I am fighting it. Every damn day. Now I have decided to take a risk and pursue a career in the Air Force as an Officer. It’s gonna be hard as hell but I have my WHY. My son and husband. They need me . Thank you for always motivating me.

There are times in life when you just have to limp and carry your family. Either way, its a long life and when those times hit you, look into the eyes of your loved ones because they'll be there for you as you were there for them. Bankrupt? Don't fall into the societal trap where you need to feel guilty for your mistakes. Learn from it and move on....It's a financial component embedded into our monetary system for a reason...Bless you and take care in whatever you do. Blessings to your little one and I pray for your husband. I do pray that He regains his strength and becomes a stronger man for both of you.

I was 400 lbs and in a power chair my doctor told me if I did not change I would not live to see another 6 months, Today I I am walking, pushing myself in the gym and everyday life, and now working on nutrition every day is worth living and now I have something worth fighting for. I stay hungry to live for myself and set an example for others.

Thank you so much for this! I recently turned 62 and I have fought with cerebral palsy my whole life. I am trying to start my physical fitness training again and it is much harder than it was in my youth. Some days I want to quit. It is videos like this that give me the strength to carry on. I am going to get my strength and my health back. I am doing this for myself, but also to inspire others to go for their dreams and to never settle for less than they can be.

Those who fly alone, have the strongest wings, those who walk alone have the strongest direction the rest of the people will always be in need of other's for their survival. They will always need attention, need recognition, to survive. I am at peace alone, needing no attention, no recognition, and still I thrive. I'm not saying those who have support are weak, I'm not saying you must go at it alone to gain strength, this is just for those who fought battles alone.
