Girls can't jump, they don't have the same muscles that men do to jump that high. They can of course jump, just not high

Was kind of being serious. None of these drills simulate any real skills that you would actually use in a game such as hitting an actual set, reading an actual hitter, taking an actual approach with timing etc.

Sam Hochwald you clearly have never played serious volleyball before, or else you would know that without many of these drills, you will look like a 5th grade girls volleyball team. Some of these aren't necessary, but a lot of them are used and are very important if you actually want to be half decent :)
