I had a W204 pre-facelift and fitted a genuine Edition 507 steering wheel and shift boot/knob. Made an amazing difference to the interior feel. But I did love the dark wood trim. Definitely wouldn’t replace that.

Appreciate your videos. I just got a C63. I hate to flex but mine came with the AMG lock pins. 😂Thinking about a CarPlay unit. That’s pretty much the biggest interior thing this car lacks. I look forward more from your channel.

What I mean by that is that I have a 2013 C63 with P31, so I have the Black Napa Leather top and bottom and Alcantara on the sides and I need to get it rewraps. I want the OEM who would you recommend here in California or anywhere else in the USA that might be able to help me out. YT does not let you type the actual link so if you can just tell me the company name I'll look it up. Thanks Tim

Really like your content just found your vid. I own the controversially badged AMG C250 2013 sedan 😅. After randomly 😢 told to remove my AMG badge. Nevertheless, i bought the car as a baby C amg i wanted to have an i4 turbocharged engine, i’ve had a ML55 in the past. The current MB c250 has the Sport button on the dash and revised front end. If the c250 has the Handling package, doesn’t this c250 deserve its AMG badging?

Glad you liked the video! Unfortunately the C250 is not an AMG, and shouldn't have the badge. A Mercedes can be plenty sporty without being an AMG, don't make it seem like something its not! Enjoy your C250, its a great car and you should embrace that. As for removing the badge, its your car and you do what you want, but expect plenty of backlash lol

@@SamAbraham crazy the state of mind of things. Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I have gotten much backlash. The history of things is AMG is a tuning Company integrated into Mercedes. AMG Pack replaced the Sport Line Pack of the 90s.

Our cars have a different type of material although they look similar. I don't really have to clean them much as the car stays pretty clean in general, but I use sonax alcantara cleaner on my other alcantara. Whats always a good start for these softer fibrous materials is a microfiber towel with some warm water and gentle laundry detergent. And then pad them try with another microfiber

Strongly disagree regarding the wood trim. The W204 C63 with its N/A V8 is quite old school and will become a classic car. A nice wood trim can be all kinds of cool especially because it's so rare because nowadays everything HAS to be "blacked out" and "chrome deleted" for that "mean look" and as many parts as possible have to be replaced with Carbon fiber "because race car". In don't have anything against black trim pieces or carbon fiber but it's still an annoying trend that it is widely regarded as the only true way. Also, personally I find the aluminum interior trims better than carbon in this car in many cases because it is a great contrast to the (in most cases) black interior and beautifully works with the many silver buttons in the interior as well as the silver steering wheel trim and the pieces around the speedo etc. while the carbon trims make for a more or less just black on black contrast-less interior. Tastes vary, I guess...

Everyone's got their tastes, you'll see in my exterior modification video I actually specified how one can either go with the "classy" aluminum/chrome theme or the darker dechromed style, there is no right or wrong way of doing things, its simply up to the preference of the owner. I like wood trim in certain cars old and new, this is just not one of them for me. I do quite like the darker grey wood options in the C63, just not the usual burl walnut lol. But yeah, trims are completely subjective lol, this was just about my preference

I have the pre facelift, i enjoy the wood. Ive thought about wrapping carbon fiber or upgrading to actual CF, but i decided I like the way it is
