I've now booked my ticket to Bangalore, the masala dosa capital of India !! Im going on a masala dosa pilgrimage to Bangalore.

Bangalore has changed so much from our school days in the 60s. Breeze used to serve the best and huge Masala Dosa along with the biggest Idli Vada Sambar which came in a deep bowl filled with sambar. Now these Bangaloreans have so many choice. Not fair on on old retirees like us with a huge nostalgia about Bangalore

Davanagere benne masale dose in Jayanagar 4th block , near the Ganesha temple and Jain temple is very good. Very affordable and tasty.

I miss Bangalore so much..I ve visited most of these places n the dosas are to die for....keep up the good work..

Well made video. Different style. Having tasted in all the places you mentioned. My personal list.. They cannot be ranked. All are good and unique so cannot be compared. -Chikkanna -Siddappa -Vidharthi Bhawan -Bangalore Cafe Jngr -Near Ashoka pillar. -By2Coffee Gandhi bazar -CTR -Dosa Master NR colony -Laxmi Natraj -Satvik, Padmanabha Nagar -Udupi Krishna Bhawan Balepet

CTR is the best. I don’t even want to try the others. So satisfied and happy with CTR.

well i think the voice artists have done a good job of keeping it fun, it doesnt matter if were not 100% perfect but the effort put in really shows.

Establishments like these - whether in Bangalore or ANY South Indian city like Madras, Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Cochin etc. - tend to have the tastiest, most hygienic, freshest, and best priced food.

Maacha....god speed to you. I really miss banaglore food. Keep bringing more of these.

i'm from kerala,once i visited bangalore i had hard time finding medium quality hotels .As a normal south indian i cant afford posh hotels serving north indian thalies and american chopsies,french fries. If i know this earlier it will fully satisfy my palette,thankyou for the videos.

Amazing I have been to Bangalore so many times never been to most of these place, next time for sure.

Vidyarthi Bhavana name it self unique and nice one. I loved that masala dosa.

U missed dwarka hotel open dosas.. its yummmm..

Beautiful city and rich city explant people good nature I love Bangalore

All dosas are topped with heavy ghee/oil/butter! Definitely not a deal. Nothing can beat My home made dosas

Except for maiya , airlines hotel I agree with you . You must try ranganna , at sampige ram Nagar and Udupi Krishna bhawan and Janardhan also try Thier Sahu dosa

I think the list is comprehensive and complete and many current Bangaloreans should visit these as many original Bangaloreans grew up with these legendary hotel some of which are pre-independent era. Thanks for listing other like the Udupi Krishna Bhavan which serves Sagu Masala Dosa my favorite which is probably only Masala that does not have aloo in it. You should probably should compile list best Masala Puri joints in Bangalore and I can help you with that..

No doubt CTR(Shri Sagar ) is the best....used to have it every week along with Mangalore bhajji...miss it so much...it's been 8 years.

you should try a relatively new joint near Navrang in Rajajinagar for really scrumptious dosas this place is called Sai Ghee Dosa. You get a lot of varieties and definitely will rank in the top ten

The real dosa is Only Mysore masala dosai My choice top to bottom ( vidyarti, siddana, ranganna, chickanna ) no 1 no. 2 mtr, ctr Udupi krishna bhavan & Janardhana, the udupi, and udupi janadhana also unique sagu have masali at no 3 pandu, modern hindu hotel at 4 may be a couple more top 3 are must if you want a Mysore masale dosai

As we mentioned in the description, Janardhan, Udupi Krishna bhavan, taza thindi, janata are amongst the places that should've been in this list but we couldn't cover them due to logistical reasons

Excellent list. Was glad to see Pandu's and Chikkana feature on the list. Not many people know about them. Maiyya's could've been swapped out. Perhaps Udupi Krishna Bhavan in Balepet was a better choice.

You should definitely try cheese masala dosa opposite to JC road jain college and masala dosa in Bangalore cafe jaynagar

Try to make a video on top 10 kachories​ of Bangalore. visit Ahmed Bhai's bhel shop in chamarajpet near Vinayaka theatre. They serve mouthwatering bhel, nippat masala , tomorrow masala I can bet you guys this bhel is one of the best in Namma Bengaluru.

Alu masala is must to prepare very tasty with good mix Or its nod good.. But most of the places half cooked aluu. Smashed it with litle salt n chilli.

though all the dosas were mouth watering - the expression made by the eater impressed me - thumbs up

Do visit once n taste special masala dosa there.. I feel heavenly while eating their special masala dosa.. It's very delicious.. Do visit once.. Don't bother about negative comments.. Go ahead.. The Dosas and the chutneys are very good in Bengaluru no doubt, but you do have to cross the border to get good Sambar as accompaniment
