Bugle Rock gets its name as founder of city King Kempegowda used to have army stationed and when there was panic, soldiers used to alert others via bugles and there is a tower inside the park like a watch tower. 3. Bigbull temple holds one secret, it is the origin of a river called vrishabhavathi and every year, we have kadlekai parishe or groundnut fair happen there... 4. For holige, Hallimane is not the best - there are better places in the city. 5. Hallimane is known for its banana leaf meal - Karmataka style unlimited food Suggestions to try next time Basaveshwar Khanavali - available across city for North Karnataka food, jolada roti meals Davangere Benne Dose, Bangarpet Chats, Mulbagal Dose

Mangalore Bhajji and GoliBhajji is same. Also it's different from Mangalore buns. Mangalore buns is made using ripe banana but goli bajji does not contain banana. Come to our Mangalore for authentic goli bhajji and buns. Also u can try around 15 types of Holige (puranpoli) at an outlet named ManeHolige in Mangalore.

Your experience reminds me that I have had horlicks and bournvita barfi in Coimbatore recently and neither tasted like either horlicks or bournvita.I was trying to revive the school day memories of their taste.

You should try horlicks milk from anywhere in South India, I have seen specifically in Kerala. if you get a chance anywhere else in South do try it.

Shweta, do visit Manne on your next visit. It was the garrison town of the Gangas. It is like a Mini Hampi. The temples in this village were destroyed as a result of the internecine struggles between The Rashtrakutas and The Gangas. Melukote makes the best Pulioyogare. It is like a hill town in the plains of Mysore. It reminds me of the Bangalore of the 80s and 90s. The village is perched at 3800 feet above sea level. There is a granite hill in the village, which houses the Yoga Narasimha Temple. I agree with your views on Veena Stores. It is absolutely overhyped.

Its been a while you haven't made what i eat and cook in a day. We love to watch those vlogs plus your cooking and sharing recipes

You went all the way to asha sweets and didn't try their cold badam milk!!! 🤯 you wasted your trip to asha sweets.. 3. Mangalore bhajji and goli bhajji are the exact same thing. Mangaloreas call it goli bhajji and outside mangalore people call it mangalore bhajji. Please do some research before just making conclusions in the video! The goli bhajjis you get in ctr are mangalore bhajjis only!

It is not बगल it is buuu gle its an english word thats a local trumpet..pls google..also it is kannada not kannad..this really hurts the local sentiments 😢

Dear Swetha, It's not Kannad but it's called as "Kannada" kindly make the change while pronouncing it next time.

Pls call Dossae when in Bangalore & not Dosa as we mumbaikar pronounce it.
