The Dibba Dosa of Bangalore | Indian Street Food
Unique style of dosa made in shape of a pan so that the inside can be stuffed with different fillings. All their dosa are made in ghee. The masala filling inside the dosa is very simple yet delicious and the dosas are crisp and crunchy, but the best part is the tangy tomato chutney. Im from bangalore. This is called Mulbagl Dosa which is sort of fusion of Appam & Masala dosa
This looks so appetizing and mouth watering, I am tempted to to go to Bangalore and visit this establishment. I have never seen dosa cooked like this. Simply amazing. Fan from Bangladesh.
I find myself in the background from a year ago, sitting alone and patiently waiting for freshly prepared dosas. I had ordered several dosas for takeout. Surprisingly, a year later, a video featuring this moment appeared as a recommendation on KZread, and it has garnered 1.7 million views. The astonishment on both my wife's and my face is truly unbelievable...

Look at the thawa/Henchu he use there. It's a remarkable thing, it's the cast iron thawa which is very healthier.

Mulbagal Dose, is from a town in the Kolar district called Mulabagilu, situated near the state border with AP. ("Mula" means corner and "Bagilu" means door/entrance)

Lovely .... I had them last time I was in Bangalore ... not at this place but another location .... They are very nice .... I love the dosas in Karnataka .... CTR, MTR and ofcourse these mulbagal dosas .... Saw some comments on getting heart attack ..... Toomuch of eating outside is not good .... but eat outside and excersise .... burn fat .... nothing will happen Europeans consume good quantity of fat and oil but still live a longer life. Its because they excersise.... so its more about the lifestyle .... Having a dosa like this once in a while is perfectly fine according to me ....

This is not for weak bodied ,people with all sort of health issues . But worth trying once in a while. It will not cause any harm if u consume a part of it. It's a yummy tasty dish 😊
