I love the content on all of your sessions. I have swords but have never fenced. I do crave knowledge and greatly appreciate you all for sharing that. Thank you.

Have you tried it at top speed and at full strength? If so, is there a video recording?
Wait you guys are in Washington?
The plow and techniques you are demonstrating are common and simple. However they are not from the plow guard described and depicted in Meyer's Treatise! Check description on page 53 and depiction right side of Image B. Also, curiously there are no techniques for plow given in the treatise because, Meyer considered this a posture for threatening thrusts and thrusts were not allowed at this time in Germany. My limited exploration of Meyer's actual plow suggests it has some interesting advantages that have not generally been considered. I was hoping for some further perspectives.
Undercut shouldn't be defended, the measure advantage is so strong
Nicole please pay attention to your knees. They are often pointing in a different direction that your feet. That is not healthy in the long run.
