Why would you do this. Everytime I go to my HEMA Club I won't be able to stop seeing it. Edit: Everyone here already calls the Full-Kit the Amogus Gear,

@@Kubold Nice Update! June 23th & 24th. But when the character arm cut off sound is still too loud. Please fix this. this time is 3rd. about this request! So sorry. However it is really need.

This is how I think a future online section would look like if both sides agrees to fight in modern HEMA gear. I would like to see HEMA protection gear companies work with this game to make some monetized gears. Although it may seem greedy, with proper pricing, I think it would greatly inject necessary cash flow into the dev team.

The update should be live right now, by the way.

@TubeNut Nuttington Sure. The customization system is for the story mode, to make npcs.

You are really dedicated into this game, progress is great, aswell as the details. Great job

absolutely love the fighters tapping what area was hit. Its tiny details like that that really make things stand out. Keep it up, can definitely tell this is a labor of love :)

My boy Kalk goes all flashy when doing HEMA 😁

I found a bug: If you slice Gideon's head in HEMA gear his hat will emerge from his HEMA mask and fly off LOL

Marie also sprouts a hat when hit on the head. The music in the Basketball Court arena also resets after every bout, it doesn't keep going throughout the whole fight.

The hats-pop-out-of-nowhere thing has been present since HEMA clothing was introduced in the game with customization, months ago. Sooner or later Kubold will fix it.

Looking good! Looks weird to me that they're not thumbgripping the rings though.

Will we be able to mix and match in the future? like wearing a HEMA mask with historical clothing? Just for the sake of variety.

I guess I can experiment with a historical protective clothes (like arming dublet or a gambeson). But I don't want to show steel training swords hitting unprotected body parts.

Speaking about mix and match, how about randomizing the fighters' outfits in History Buff mode?

Does uptade include father Żera hoodie?

Is this Kalkstein or that announced character with a morion helmet and a sidesword? If it's Kalkstein isn't he supposed to hold the sword bolognese-style with a finger over the ricasso?

Excellent work guys. But please add more fighters with other medieval swords. Broad Sword and Claymore would be interesting. Inviting a Samurai and a Chinese swordsman would also be amazing to enrich this great game.

I think I will do another rapierist character now (halfway done), then the Boss and the bossfight. This will allow to make a classic arcade mode - there is enough characters now. Each character will have their beginnings and endings, tied to the plot of the main story (although probably as placeholders). So I hope to have some actual single player "consumable" content soon, a way to play through the game, and not just do random fights. For the story - I still need to make 2 main heroes to start making final quality cutscenes.

@@Kubold Meanwhile, we cannot but wonder what this misterious Boss character will look like. I suppose he/her will be a character from the novels of Mr Komuda. Or maybe an original one created just for the game?

Amongus + Swords? XD lol. Just kidding. Hella update. This makes the game more personal for the HEMA people out there. I enjoy watching these minor updates to the games. Realistic sword fighting sims are awsome.

Shouldn't the HEMA Mode have at least an option of one hit scoring

Good idea. For now, you can increase the damage multiplier in Options, same result. But yeah, I will add a quick option for that.

@@Kubold That's great to hear. Also i would prefer the defeat animations from training, since injuries don't make sense. And the heads are still flying off, but i guess you know that already

​@@malahamavet Well, look: there is that funny game, called Among Us. Something like mafia (the board game). And there are those colourful characters, called "crewmates". The fencing gear resembles the suit of a crewmate, so I wrote amogus to point that out. And, if you're asking why I'm sorry about that - it's because those amogus jokes are all over internet and people are generally find 'em cringy
