Best Knee Sleeves For Crossfit? Rehband vs Rogue vs. SBD vs. Bear Komplex
After making our studio smell like a giant gym bag for several months, I've realized that the most annoying thing about knee sleeves is bunching. It's a problem that plagues most of the thinner knee sleeves.
Out of the 10+ knee sleeves that we tested, the one with the least amount of bunching (actually none) were the Rehband RX 5mm sleeves. The Rogue 5mm sleeves were close as well. In fact, these two products were the only ones that looked the joint they were covering.

For the thicker sleeves, our pick goes to the SBD sleeves. They didn't feel like tubes of neoprene like the Mark Bell Slingshot's.

Hello thank you for this review! I just realized yesterday how much of a difference it made to wear a tight fitting brace on my knee when doing squats. I do want to ask this: do you need to size down on the fit at all? thanks again for the info!

I definitely feel like the bunching is caused from the knee sleeves being to big. I wonder what would happen if you went down a size.

Did you size up, down or go for the exact size that the company recommended?
Interesting - I guess for my legs 2POOD and Bear K work best. They are the first I’ve used that didn’t bunch up on me. I have the 5mm and 2mm Bear K right now. The 2mm really for knee protection on lunges and burpees. Also use to protect chins/calves on the rope. Also - for the 2mm I buy the Small. Normally wear an XL, but the small give some compression where everything else is just offers zero compression.
i am using these for hiking, i am planning on purchasing Rehband and Rogue 5, please let me know which you prefer is best for hiking.
For the sbd, do you size down or true to size?
Why didn't you test the 5mm Version of the SBDs?
For powerlifting the best ones are the inzer ones for 130 bucks
