    Thank you so much for all the information in your video. My iron deficiency appeared after my heart surgery. I will follow all your recommendations like adding vitamin C for a better absorption of the iron. Also will keep an eye on what foods contain temen to remove them from my diet.     Chemotherapy ruins my blood. I have it tested every week so I can see when WBC, RBC and platelets are repaired. My friend insists I drink tea but doesn't understand it inhibits iron absorption. Your info is helpful because now I know I can drink tea but not with meals. I am using therapeutic ketosis to enhance the effectiveness of the Chemotherapy.

    I would love for someone to make a video with meal examples of ONLY what to include in a iron rich meal. Especially, heme iron meals. Yesterday I made an iron rich meal with beef liver, beef cheek, spinach, mustard greens, beets and a few other whole food items. Just to find out that apparently, spinach should not be included. Can we just get a video with examples of great iron rich meals? The mix of does and don't plus vitamin c minis calcium, it can be very confusing. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Ive been doing so much research im the last 36hours and its perplexing.

    I thought it's not good to have fruit with Heme iron rich foods but then you said to have vitamin C foods with your Heme iron meals and that's like Strawberries, oranges, and other fruit. So I am confused about that part. I thought fruit blocks the iron Absorbtion?

    totally flabbergasted, such a detailed video on Iron deficiency. After watching this, I don't think that I will ever have Iron deficiency. I had no idea that taking tea and coffee right after my food, inhibiting Iron absorption in my body, got to know that I should never take calcium and Iron combination. Definitely going to apply and make changes in my diet to help Iron absorption efficiently Thanks @dr.ritakshi
