Collanote is my favorite! It’s great for digital planning, once u get used to the interface and the unlimited notebooks def makes it great for me as I’m also a student! I loved it so much I bought the premium, (less than 10 bucks on sale PERMANENTLY NO SUBSCRIPTIONS 😍) and it has the audio files, and, my favorite, writing asmr

Thank you for the video. I’ve been using Good Notes for a while and running tight on memory. Is there a way on any of the apps for notebooks to go to the cloud if unused for a period of time?

Which one would you recommend the most to someone who does world building, fantasy writing, outlining etc (visually and hand written text + sketches)? I tried now so many even the paid ones, and I simply can't find the perfect one =/ I need something that is very artistic, book covers are basically a must :D but also something well organized. I used the paid Noteshelf now for some time but I kinda feel like I need something new.

Hello. How can I transfer book folders from the computer to the iPad book app? When I do it with the 3tools or iTunes program, the folders disappear and all the books are uploaded together without folders.

@@anuvikanthariyanotability seems really good. Noteful seems good as well. Goodnotes 6 is changing their free tier; they are reducing the amount of data you can have. I haven’t updated from Goodnotes 5 but I’m not sure if I can keep putting it off.

For zoomnotes, You missed the fact that it will sync up with Ical and Google Calendar. You also have to turn on page scroll if you want a smoother scrolling feature, Otherwise it will stop at each page instead of free scroll between like goodnotes. You can also create transparent images and soo much more! Oh the biggest one.. you can compress image sizes so you can keep an eye on your file size! I've tried all of the other apps mentioned.. Zoomnotes as always won.

I use Penly app on my Samsung tablet and I think it's the best for digital planning. For a free app, maybe try Xodo but it's a little frustrating sometimes. Samsung notes is also ok but not for digital planning, it can't deal with text and images so well

Thanks for great video as usual, I switched from notability to noteful. In fact, noteful is simple and cheaper alot. Better for pdf reading and writing/editing in addition to faster pages loading in big pdfs. And best thing about noteful, it is much cheaper and payment is once. Goodnotes trial was great but I will not use all its features. As a PhD student, I need the fastest and easiest app to complete my work.

Hello, Please do help on goodnotes6, i am new to goodnotes. This is regarding hyperlink from text notes to External link eg : goodnotes text linked to notion. When i open the link i get a popup , "THIS IS EXTERNAL LINK , CLICK "YES" TO OPEN , "NO" TO CLOSE" . how can i permanently stop this popup ? as it is very annoying.

I just started using your digital planner using OneNote. So I would just be able to use oneNote app (for desktop and on my samsung fold) and not any of the apps in this video, correct? Or if I can use any of these, how would I do it?

Hi! So our OneNote planners only work for OneNote, unlike all the other apps that use PDF planners. If you just bought the planner and want to change apps, please contact us through the website with your order details 🙂

They all have in app purchases and all the apps (except collanote) have a limit on the number of files you can create in the free app version. Collanote is probably the best if you never want to upgrade and have a lot of files

You have the wrong pencil for that iPad. You need the first Gen pencil...hth❤❤
