I don't know how to reach you and thank you enough!!! Been on trt for 1 month and the worst part has been loading the syringe (took like 15 minutes). This morning I wasn't paying attention and filled up half way in about 30 seconds. Also doing an IM injection was al.oat a joke how easy it was, I was told to do sub q not going back. IM there was no burn!!!! Thanks for the great info!!!

Here is something I have never been able to figure out. Why is it that test e or cyp leaves me sore sometimes after injection, but sus 250 almost never does? Anybody else experience this?

@@NYAFACE817 It depends on the dose of your testosterone. My bottle is 210mg/ML, so .4ML is 84mg. I take 2 .4ML shots each week = 168mg/week.

Game myself my first subq in abdomen 27gauge 1/2” needle and felt nothing but next day slight swelling and minimal not bad at all but little pain at site and this video of your shallow intra injection of upper arm I will be doing from now on as my next injection is tomorrow.

I’ve been pinning with 29 insulin needles for a couple years now. I draw with an 18g and back load the 29g. Watch a video on it. No pain no scar tissue!

This man is very knowledgeable. More than most here on YT.

That has been so informative and made so much sense to me, as i have been in the dark some what and limping around for a week dreading the next injection thank you Paul.

Just started Test E 2 weeks ago. Used a 1 inch needle in the right and left glute. Still have slight pain and a small lump. I am pretty lean so tried my first delt shot yesterday with a 29g 1/2 inch and so far so good. Zero leakage and I felt the needle pierce the muscle layer on the way in.

Great info. I started using the syringes with replaceable needles. A friend who uses insulin pointed out that sticking the needle through the rubber stopper dulls it a bit... more pain. So I extract with one (thicker) and inject with another (thinner). It's worked for me to reduce pain or discomfort. It might be just in my mind though. (And needles and syringes are stupid cheap.)

Best video I've seen yet! This was much less painful than the giant 2" Needle the doctor sent home with. My leg hurt for 3 or 4 days after that. So far this was easier, heck of alot less scary and so far no pain!!!

After having reviewed and bought the insulin syringes that he has in this video it is evident that you CAN draw from the syringe with them. The syringes where you can change out needles does not work well drawing with a higher gauge. Also using a single unit syringe leaves almost 0 waste. I was having a lot of not necessarily waste but left over testosterone in the syringes where you can change them out. I Have been doing IM shallow into the delt and it works fine. I appreciate these great videos and their educational guidance.

Wow - this was incredible. I was just put on TRT and using these 22 gauge needles going into my glute. I always feel like I’m not hitting the muscle - more subcutaneous fat. I will order 29 gauge needles now. Looked so simple. Thank you for this information.

How much did your doctor start you on?

I was taught to inject air into the vial with the syringe. No problems drawing with small gauge needles. The insulin syringe I use has a stop that holds the plunger at the very end. So I pull the plunger all the way back and wait a minute. Syringe is filled with the 0.5 cc in about a minute.

I did IM and Subq Test E (olive oil)... no difference in blood work and no difference / problems on injection site.

Appreciate the info. Just started TRT 2x a week and I do delt and glute. Rotate each week. Also do B12 3x a week. The shots have no pain, and the only issue is the anxiety right before it is injected. lol I do not like needles. But the right area of the glute is important. The wife hit a spot a little bit too high, and it burned like crazy. Do your research yall on how to find the right spot on the glute and shoulders!! I draw with 18 Gauge and inject with a 25.... works well. Thanks for the info on drawing with that smaller needle!! I may try it. The 25 gauge takes forever if I use it to draw, Ill try that pressurizing technique!! Thanks

I find the 23/25 gauge 1 1/2 IM super easy with no issues at all. Mind you, if i choose to push with a 25 gauge, i do have a bigger needle on hand to draw the oil and then warm the oil just a bit. Great video.

scared shitless doing any injections. I have just started back in July and was doing subq which is relatively incredibly easy and have not had any issues with it once I broke through being scared. I wanted to try out IM and have been watching this channel for a while. I used a 27g 5/8 needle. It was hard to draw from the vial with it and I followed the same procedure in the video. Injecting did not go as a fast as I thought but maybe I'm not used to applying pressure from that angle. Very little pain. I will be doing this and see if any difference from subq. Thank you for your free and informative channel.

What brand of syringe are you using? I see from your demonstration little waste after injection. I currently use the method you provided earlier which leaves some air in the syringe to push all the oil out. This works well, but my current syringes leave too much oil after injections.

People have been injecting subq with oil based esthers in the glutes without knots. Warming the oil up in hot water helps. You can also backload insuline needles. Also, pinning ed or eod doesnt spike your oestradial very much. Greets from Belgium

I am on TRT my doctor just switched me from cypionate to enanthate because the cypionate was causing me retain a lot of water. Have you had this experience. Also is your delt sore for a few days after your injection? No matter where I inject and how much, that muscle is extremely sore.

Been hearing and reading a lot of good things about subq and two injections per week.

Iike making my 2 weeks worth cocktail in a separate 3ml.. and use to backfill 27g insulin pins for daily 0.3ml eod pins (0.2 test+0.1deca)

I know this is an older video I found that rolling the vial back and forth between your palms and drawing up air with the cap on then pressurize the vial then draw the oil up. Between heating up the oil with body temp and pressure it makes it easier.

Just buy luer-lock 1ml, draw with 21g 1" switch to 1/2" 29g and inject with a fresh sharp needle😉

LOL the way you injected yourself....Made it seem like nothing! Awesome stuff! Keep up the amazing content, you guys deserve so many more subs.

Sir which is the best organic carrier oil used in testosterone enanthate and deca. Which does not affect any systemic inflammation in the body???

The clinic I go to gives the prefilled syringes, (5/8 in) and I prepay 3 months at a time so I get 24 prefilled. I found it convenient. But you brought up a point about prefilled and the stopper, As I said I haven't noticed anything bad with them, but is it doing anything to the medication?

Look guys what it boils down to, is your blood work, total and free. I've been injecting .5 cc weekly Sub Q after a hot shower and my bloodwork has always came back 650 to 700 ng, and it keeps my Estrogen around 30 to 35. I've been on TRT for 10 years, so I have tried Intramuscular also and SubQ keeps my Estrogen in check.

I was relying on my wife who is a nurse and told me I couldn't self administer IM shots in my delts. Now I realized her concern. I have 29 gauge 1" needles this video show me i can still hit muscle tissue in my delt with the 1/2 inch needle. She was worried that I wasn't in the precise location and may damaged something. Also the information and visuals on Angles when administrating the various injections helped me as well.

My doctor here in Texas prescribed me 18 gauge to pull test and a 25 gauge to inject in the upper quad hip area. 70 mg twice a week. It works fine but there's a bit of waste it seems. The 25 gauge is small and I can't feel it hardly at all. Cant imagine using a 29 gauge. my doctor said it's impossible to pull cypionate because of the oil base through a 25 gauge needle and here you are doing it with a 29 gauge LOL.. good stuff preciate the video by the way.

I have done hundreds of subcutaneous injections eod and never had a lump, pain, irritations or any issues. The medication gets into my system, levels are stable, no build up of scar tissue. Subcutaneous remains preferred option.

Several studies have proven, that subcutaneous works as good as intramuscular. I do not get the point, why he is trying to prove something wrong, that has been proven right by studies and countless anecdotal evidence. Maybe he should include studies, that substantiate his thesis, otherwise for me that remains speculation and only his preference.

Had nodules and a bruised feeling at injection site . Then went Intramuscular AND began using a Small DT massaging unit to activate the site . Have no issue with Nodules or Bruised feeling anymore .
