It's true. Most homes do not have kitchen range hoods. It's a great question! I feel that its because our homes are almost never completely closed. We have windows and doors open constantly due to our fabulous climate and we always have good airflow through the home. For example, we have a carbon filter one with two speed fan in the microwave above our stove and I think we've only turned it on one time in 3 years of living in our home.

It's a good size home, but I need a little bit bigger garden. I also saw that when u went up on the roof u actually didn't include the neighboring yards. It seemed to me that one of the yards was a manufacturing place or a business of some sort. And the other concern is that mountain ⛰️ behind. Landslides, heavy rains etc

@@Radio280 Yes, I did not show any of the view from the rooftop mainly because there is nothing to look at up there. There is some mountain views but mostly its views of other buildings. This home is two streets below the Carretera where there are businesses. There are no businesses in the vicinity. There is no threat from the mountains in this location. Not only are you on the other side of the highway and protected by many residences and businesses but this are does not have those problems and nor is this home located on a north/south street.
