Just 399k ... what? USD ??? Be up front and clear. As an Australian Architect and Engineer living and working here in Mexico for the last 18 years...I am more than interested in just how much "Totally Remodeled Contemporary Dream Home" you have done? One of the biggest problems is remodeling the features of a home to look new, while the very foundation, structure and plumbing is in dilapidated failing condition under all that. The age of the house will say just what level of deterioration could be expected in unseen areas. For the price you are asking, one could build a dream home of own design and contemporary finish and know just what you have under the façade.

Hey Rick. Thanks for watching and jumping in with your comments. I clearly state on the front cover of the KZread Video $399,000 USD. You make some good points about renovation, whether it is just cosmetic or a more serious renovation with new plumbing and electrical. As real estate agents, we try and price the house as to what it would cost to purchase that sized lot in that location, and build comparable square footage of that quality. So...yes, presumably, if all goes well with the construction, you could build a comparable house in that location for $399,000 USD. Thanks for watching!
