    I have been using the regular adjustable hand gripper for about 3 weeks and my forearms feels stronger. Lekin mera Veins and forearm size haven't increased at all. Aapka follow along workout dekhta hu aur abtak kafi improvement aaya hai, but external visibility mera forearm muscles ka zyada increase nahi hua. Hope karta hu ki daily exercise aur rest karne se improvement aaye. And as you say, Consistency Is The Key! Thank u for ur explanation :)

    No.. at 50 you should be able to do 30-40 time in one go... Then you can switch to 150lbs OG ... Believe me before that you can't even move that 150lbs.. . And this video dude said he is Playing with 300lbs 😅.. he is a monster don't listen to him.. Even 100kg is Twice the average human strength 😅😅 Even athletes don't have 100kg grip strength...

    Use karte kartehand grippers ki spring aur plastic loose ho jati h jisse break hone ke chances bohot high hite h and also different hand grippers from different brands have or may vary buildup , resistance , plastic quality etc but agar sach me tu 2 fingers se apple ko break kar pa rha h toh go for 200lbs or 250lbs waise toh 80 or 90 kgs tak aayega but still fingers se kar pana bohot hai iske liye !!
