Yes dear, uterus removal means who have suddenly hit menopause. Usually reaching total menopause is process, for you it’s sudden. Treatments like these will help. However do speak to your doctor and consider health supplements

I love the way you explain Nipun .. I would also want you to help me find the right shampoo for my balayage hair to tame down my frizz ! This video was really cool and helpful. I have used olaplex for a long time but somehow discontinued as it was really expensive ! Tried all the best shampoos like kerastese etc but the frizz doesn’t subside and my hair is thin to get keratin done ..advise

I’m a teenager .. n I got dark pigmentation on the backside of my knee even on the knee .. this happened due to itching problem I faced in 8 standard during summer due to sweating even at that time I was lilbit fatty .. even I’m still but not that much .. Pls do make a video on this. Issue .. I really need .. I feel so insecure of this.. n hesitate to wear dresses .. those parts really drop self esteem in me .. problematic area are backside of knee n on the knee .. even I also have same prob on inner side of my elbow like on inner side (joint of hand ) I hope u get my prob .. plss do the needful .

Ma’am itching prob caused pigmentation on backside of knee .. my front part of knee got pigmentation due to injury , I got while playing sports .. but pigmentation on the backside got due to sweating n itching i due to do a lot at that time .. this was just to clear that both part pigmentation have different reasons to happen.

The minimalist one has some side effects mentined by many users that it causes extreme dryness, peeling of the skin, and dandruff so I didn't try

When i use minimalist...my hair becomes more freezy nddry then before....i didn't like dis product
