This is part 3 of the use demonstration of my newly offered guitar making templates. Currently it will be limited to the Tele style templates that my students are now using in class…soon I will add the Strat templates (actually Strat neck and fretboard templates have been released). These are the newly reinvented templates with off body ¼” alignment pins…and integrated push blocks for control and safety. This episode builds upon the neck making process…by adding a lesson on how to get the most of our body and neck pocket template routing process. The proprietary fretboard/neck 1/8” alignment drill bushings provide excellent precision and fretboard to neck alignment. As needed, the Maximum Guitar Works templates have either 1/8” or 1/4" hardened steel precision drilling bushings for a simple and effective alignment process. Only the best acrylic is used…and the drilling bushings are manufactured in the USA to our unique specification.
