best $1500 Ive spent on a card. Ive had mine for almost a year. I run mine a 50-65% power target.... Baulders gate 100 fps 4k native max settings 180-210 watts that it. Cyberpunk 4k max, max RT dlss 3 and frame gen 100 fps 330-390watss. This card will last for years, and is so power efficient. The 7900 seris looks good on paper but dont have the grunt to be cards that will last for years and they are power pigs.

Enjoy it! As of now, nothing can hold a candle to the 4090. Costs much but probably worth it for the time being

do you know any suggestions for support bracket, i use a m-atx case and the brackets did not fit

there are tons out there, simple or very elaborate if you cant make the one that came in the box fit on the MB standoffs just get a normal support from amazon/aliexpress make sure it has some magnets so it will stay put

Does it melt connectors and catch fire?

@@techpoint7850 got a feeling the bracket wont fit my case. Theres some cable management panel thingy on the NZXT H510 that goes alongside the mobo where the screws should be.

check for GPU clearance, you should have a little under 1in / around 2cm of clearance over the GPU for the included bracket, although i would assume you could cut it with a dremel if you wanted. about the case, the panel is usually removable, if you like, but also this case is extremely air starved, it would be ill advised going with such powerful hardware and choking it for air.

You're never going to get a cracked PCB if you take care of your card. Cracked PCB = No support. Melted adapter = poor connection.

The only way this gpu would be worth buying it would be for professional 3d work

It's not "worth" buying to most, but it does represent a lot of what's wrong with the 40 series product stack with such a big gap between it and the 4080. Also, thanks to that gap the 4090 does actually have some value compared to lower tier cards. If someone can afford it... Why not?

Yeah no... 4K gaming is extremely demanding especially with ray tracing becoming more and more advanced. This is the only GPU that can comfortably run these intensive games at max settings at a high framerate. I bought my 4090 to pair with my LG C2 and it's just a top tier gaming experience that no other GPU can provide. 100% worth the cost but I can't deny it's expensive as heck.
