Hey, thank you for the video:) I'm new to goalkeeping in football, i used to play handball but decided to try football almost a year ago and really loving the transition. in my warm up I've been doing high dives with one knee in the ground, it really activates my thighs, but perhaps a bit too much before a 90 minute game? would you change the drill or keep it in? do you have another exercise that would help warm up for high dives? thanks in advance:)

Really funny you mention that. During the time I was wearing them I was pretty sure I had forgotten how to tie my shoes cause they came undone all the time. But other than that I really liked them.

GK GOLUREMI had enough after two seasons. Was too lazy to get new laces. I think they're waxy or something. Wearing Premier 2s. Never thought I'd wear a Nike outdoor boot!

Hey Tyler I’m 14 turning 15 in a week and I’m 6ft. Im worried about if a club might not take me in the future because of my height but hopefully I grow more to around 6’2 because I’m still young. My dad is 5’9-5’10 and my mom is around 5’5-5’6 so they aren’t that tall just average heights. My older brother is 17 and he’s 6’1 almost 6’2. I was just wondering if you would think the same when you were younger that your height might be a factor to your future career. (Also how tall are you just wondering and thanks for the awesome videos you have been putting out, keep up the work)

Don't stress about height yet. I was only ~5'9'' at 15 but wasn't really ever bothered by it. Mainly because my dad is 6'2'' and my mom is 5'10'' so I figured I'd grow at some point. Ended up being 6'3''. I'd assume you'll grow another few inches but 6' also isn't a terrible height to have as a keeper.

I was rostered in a Europa League match but not on the field. Pretty crazy environment and a ton of tension though since ever round your club advances they're awarded ~250,000 Euros. And obviously all the players get a cut of that.

You can move side to side but cannot move off the line until the ball is struck
