I have no doubt whatsoever that number 30 East Drive is haunted by who or whatever it maybe but I also believe some of the footage taken by the many people that have actually been there maybe exaggerated.

In the first minute you can hear the people she is with. One of them talks and the other whispers “shhh, they can hear ya”. Then Carol goes “shhhhit” to cover up her shhhhh. Totally fake. Notice how doors open or objects appear from off camera. This is a scam to sell tickets

Er.. I think that if you check closely when she first goes into "Philips room" and her phone moves around erratically then there is a brief glimpse of somebody else (you can see an arm in a short sleeve top behind the door) alongside this the crude cut where the stuffed toy toys into shot and the very modern sounding female voice - assumed to be an EVP- saying "you can't come down stairs, I'm on t' stairs" , not at all monk like then, whilst I really wanted this footage to be kosher, it is, in all likelihood as fake as a five quid rolex.

Sadly there are too many aspects to this ''investigation'' that completely throw off the credibility of the input within the video and thus throws the entire concept of 30 east drive into scepticism. Firstly it's being billed as the cleaner coming on site during an evening shift, when actually you can clearly hear its carol from next door. The whispering is clearly audible on a number of occasions and she even shhhushes them at one stage. The door opening and closing in the bedroom would be convincing if she checked behind the door to show the viewer that the room was empty. Likewise when the cuddly toy comes flying out of the room, no further investigation was seen behind doors, inside cupboard, under the bed etc. Lastly I find it all convenient that she went into the other bedroom, closed the door and as soon as she left the tap goes on in the bathroom, the door begins to open and close, but does she go into the bathroom and show us who's hiding behind the door? No. So whoever was in the other bedroom most likely crept across the landing when the door was closed to then go and hide in the bathroom. The final straw was the coin being flipped downstairs by Carols visible hands. All in all great acting skills and she did well to purposely delay certain movements to allow her team to move around and get into position but I'm afraid this video puts the entire credibility of the hauntings of east drive into scepticism as far as I'm concerned. I had planned on staying here but after this debacle I'll think again.

Jesus Christ I would not want to be alone in that house it's so eerie everything from the design of the house to the staircase and the claustrophobic atmosphere is definitely not a welcoming site

I'm sorry but I know it's supposed to be like scary and creepy. But her accent and the way she talks is just hysterical

I’m sorry but I don’t believe this. I’ve seen numerous videos of paranormal teams going here and they get next to nothing but in this short 19 minute video there is so much going on that I don’t understand why the other teams get so little. If the lady is a cleaner there then she must be used to the going ons and not be bothered by it, and if she was that scared surely she would of been out of the door within minutes! I think there was a bit of over acting in there as well. I also saw the flicking of the coin that others have mentioned!

I went there once (with permission, I wasn't trespassing). I heard taps, knocks, and a toy was hucked at me.
